  • You’ll be guided to use art as a way to slow down, check in with yourself, and reconnect with what's going on inside. To use art as mindfulness and self-reflection.
    No art experience is needed.

  • Therapeutic arts facilitation uses the process of making - drawing, painting, collaging, mark-making - as a way to access things that words sometimes can't reach. It's not art therapy (I'm not a therapist), but it is intentional, held creative space where healing can happen through art.
